Did not get to eat breakfast as we were on a time frame. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the small pillows !! If I am ever near there again, that will be where I want to stay.

• Maverick House • Downtown Siloam Springs, hotel in West Siloam Springs

• Maverick House • Downtown Siloam Springs is located in Siloam Springs, just 25 miles from Arkansas Missouri Railroad and 29 miles from Peel Mansion and Historic Gardens.

Such a cute and cozy home. It was really like home away from home. House was very clean and looked exactly like pictures. Everything was neatly organized also. I was surprised to find a highchair and pack in play, which came in handy for our 1 year old. Comfortable beds. Felt safe in the neighborhood and wasn't far from all the restaurants and shopping areas. Loved how it has a fenced in back yard that was grassy..the kids loved playing and running around. Definitely would stay again if we are ever back in the area

Clean updated hotel and casino. No spa. No pool.

Clean updated hotel and casino. No spa. No pool. No microwaves in rooms. Friendly staff. Poor payouts on slots. We stayed two partial days and one night. Since the city has little to offer and the casino is small and basic, that was the perfect amount of time.

The woman who checked us in was not accommodating at all.

The woman who checked us in was not accommodating at all. She was not informative or helpful and at the end of our check in finished with a “want some cookies” The room was small and uncomfortable. I am unsure if I got the room I booked but it worked. The price was insane for the half night I stayed, my choice I guess. Disappointed to say the least. I should have went down the road.

Need to educate the hotel staff about how to help guests when they are asked about the casino. Need to educate the hotel staff on what the players card is. Need to improve food and drink consistency and taste.

It’s a small quaint town with all the modern amenities, a friendly laid back atmosphere and has everything within reach . We ate breakfast at the Casino restaurant and was very pleased with the quality and low cost . Time didn’t permit us to explore much else but we will be back .

I don't gamble but my friends that did said they were charged $.50 tax for every hand. Only 1 restaurant with a limited menu was open. The dessert and coffee shop had very limited hours. No coffee available in the hotel reception area.

The staff was very friendly. Place was clean and sanitized. Would of liked to use the pool and workout area. But very understandable that is was closed do to the cornovirus situation. Maybe you could think of away to provide those things soon ..
